Goa Cycle Club fitness rides 3 mornings a week

Join our fitness rides 3 mornings a week

Regular group cycling three times a week.

  • Where: Cafe Coffee Day, Miramar – opp. bandodkar Samadhi.
  • When: every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday
  • Time: 6:50 am, mornings
  • Cost: FREE
  • Info: ride for 30 to 45 minutes. Bring your cycle and water to drink. Advisable to wear helmets and sports shoes.

    Guys, how about a ride on this route:

    Indoor Stadium – Ferry Wharf – Panjim Church – Altinho – Mala – St. Cruz – Taleigao – Dona Paula – Miramar – Indoor Stadium

    It’s abt 20 k… We could also change it to GMC instead of taleigao and then onwards to Dona Paula

    Practising your bike skills is as important as building your fitness. Like a pilot, you will need to log many hours before you can feel fully confident to control your machine. Ride your bike often and enjoy learning to become a cyclist.
