“What kind of cycle should I buy? Does my cycle fit correctly? How can I prevent cycling soreness?”
Attention new, experienced and curious cyclists. Bring your questions, your bicycle and yourself to Panjim, Goa for a rare two-hour session with fitness expert and personal trainer, Brian Sopher.
Mr. Sopher is visiting Goa from Muscat, Oman. There, he runs his own fitness studio and provides personal training to novice cyclists, professional athletes, and even a Bollywood star or two! Sopher participates in road, mountain bike and endurance cycling events and will help you understand everything you need to know to enjoy your cycling experience.
